Would you like place an advertisement to sell or buy property here?

People have asked to have the chance to sell online so we intend to offer this service.

For just £10 a week or £35 a month we index your property and give an individual web page with the sales information you supply (up to 3 photos and narrative up to 2 A4 pages).

In our index pages a photo and brief description of your property will link to a brochure style fuller description of the property.  Buyers will be passed to you direct.  We will not charge commission but just a weekly or monthly amount for showing your property on our web site.

How it works - Simple - You email us the photos and sales particulars.  We will put a brief description and small thumbnail image in the index that on click links to your full details.  Once a buyer contacts you then you negotiate with them.  There are no additional fees or commissions due to us beyond the weekly or monthly 'rent' you have already paid.
